How To Work With Us

Step 1: Send Your Requirements

Tell us your sock style, reference images, materials, sizes, colors, logo requirements, quantity and target market. If you do not have complete specifications yet, our team can help you develop them based on your needs

  • Sock style or reference images
  • Material and composition
  • Size and sock length
  • Colors and logo requirements
  • Quantity and packaging preference

Step 2: Confirm Product & Branding Details

Before sampling, we work with you to confirm all key product and branding details to make sure the sample is made according to your requirements.

This includes the sock material, size, length, thickness, colors, logo position, logo technique, pattern, and any functional requirements. If you already have a brand logo or artwork, you can send us your design file for checking and production preparation.

  • Material and composition
  • Size, length and thickness
  • Colors or Pantone references
  • Logo size and position
  • Jacquard, embroidery or printing
  • Pattern and design details
  • Functional requirements

Step 3: Sample Development

Once the product and branding details are confirmed, we begin sample development based on the agreed specifications.

The sample allows you to check the actual material, colors, size, logo, pattern, structure and overall appearance before moving forward with bulk production. If any adjustments are needed, we can refine the sample according to your feedback

  • Material and fabric feel
  • Actual color and pattern
  • Size and sock construction
  • Logo placement and appearance
  • Thickness and functional details
  • Sample adjustment if required

Step 4: Sample Approval & Sock Quotation

Once the sample meets your requirements, we confirm the final sock specifications and prepare an accurate quotation for the socks.

The sock price is calculated based on the actual material, weight, knitting structure, logo technique, design complexity and order quantity. This allows us to provide a more accurate price based on the approved sample rather than an estimate.

Packaging is not included in the sock quotation and can be quoted separately according to your preferred packaging solution.

  • Approve the final sock sample
  • Confirm material, size and construction
  • Confirm logo and design details
  • Calculate price based on actual sock weight
  • Quantity-based quotation
  • Sock-only price provided
  • Packaging quoted separately

Step 5: Packaging Confirmation & Final Order

After the sock quotation is confirmed, we discuss and finalize your packaging requirements based on your brand and sales needs.

You can choose from different packaging options such as header cards, paper bands, hang tags, polybags, boxes, labels and barcode stickers. Packaging can be customized with your logo, brand colors, product information and sizing details.

Once the packaging solution is confirmed, we finalize the complete order details, including sock quantity, packaging quantity, final pricing, production lead time and shipping requirements.

  • Header card, paper band or hang tag
  • Polybag, box or custom packaging
  • Logo and brand information
  • Barcode and size labels
  • Packaging artwork confirmation
  • Final quantity and pricing
  • Production lead time
  • Final order confirmation

Step 6: Bulk Production, Quality Inspection & Delivery

Once the final order, packaging and specifications are confirmed, we begin bulk production based on the approved sample and agreed requirements.

Throughout production, we follow the confirmed material, size, color, logo, design and packaging specifications. Before shipment, the finished socks are inspected to ensure consistency in appearance, measurements, quality and packaging.

After the final inspection is completed, the products are packed according to your requirements and prepared for shipment to your designated destination.

  • Size and measurement inspection

  • Color and appearance check

  • Logo and pattern inspection

  • Stretch and overall quality check
